All redemptions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

My reward arrived defective. What can I do?
Defective merchandise is non-returnable and cannot be exchanged to ViscoCity. However, all items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty program. Please refer to the warranty information included in the product packaging.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most rewards are shipped within five (5) to ten (10) business days after the order is placed. An email with tracking information is provided when the reward is shipped.
